Job Duties Full-cycle recruitment (job postings, screening, interviewing, reference checks, offers) for field crew, equipment operators, foremen, and office roles Onboarding and orientation for all new hires Maintaining employee files and HRIS records Policy development, handbook updates, and ensuring compliance with Ontario ESA, OHSA, etc. Employee relations - coaching supervisors, handling questions, investigations, and performance management Supporting health & safety initiatives and training coordination Assisting with labour relations.
