We are seeking a Head of HR, France to lead our human resources function for our French operations within the cutting-edge biomedical industry.

What You'll Do:
As our Head of HR, France, you will:
- Lead and shape the HR strategy for our French business, aligning with global objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of talent management, including acquisition, development, retention, and engagement, for our French team.
- Inherit and mentor a small, dedicated HR team based in France.
- Collaborate closely with the global HR team, contributing to and leading international HR projects.
- Report directly to our Chief People Officer, playing a key role in our overall people strategy.
What You'll Bring:
- Fluent French and English language skills (written and spoken) are essential.
- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, ideally within the biomedical or a highly regulated industry.
- A strong track record in developing and executing HR strategy, talent management, and employee relations.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- A collaborative mindset, comfortable working within a global matrix organisation.
