Human Resources Co - ordinator?

Full Time 37 hours per week - Mon - Thur 8.30am - 5pm and Fri 8.30am - 4.30pm

As an HR Coordinator, you ll be at the heart of our Human Resources team balancing essential admin functions with strategic support. From handling HR queries and supporting recruitment processes to coordinating compliance checks and maintaining accurate records, you ll be a key player in making sure everything runs smoothly.

As part of your role, you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for HR queries
  • Oversee right to work and sponsorship compliance
  • Maintain and audit HR systems
  • Provide meeting support and coordinate HR initiatives
  • Maintain accuracy of our HR datebase and employee records.
  • Process DBS checks and support pre- employment onboarding

In order to be considered for the role, you will need:

  • A CIPD Level 3 or being willing to work towards this.
  • Experience of working within a HR administration
  • Experience with minute taking in meetings
  • Experience with processing pre-employment checks as per CQC regulations such as DBS, COS, nurse pins & right to work
