Summary of Job Purpose


The HRBP will work closely with local leaders to provide support on talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation & benefits, payroll, performance management, learning and development.


The role requires strong organizational skills as well as the ability to influence at all levels of the organization. This individual must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and be able to effectively communicate to all levels within the organization.


The HRBP will also manage special projects such as compensation surveys, annual review process, employment agreements, labour law compliance, salary administration, benefit programs, time tracking, absence reporting, and other duties as assigned.


What you will do:

  • Provide support to employees by answering questions related to HR policies, procedures, practices, and regulations.
  • Assist in developing new processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including finance, legal, IT, operations, marketing, sales, product, engineering, customer service, training, and other departments.
  • Assist with hiring, recruiting, interviewing, and orientation.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and union contracts.
  • Monitor and maintain records of personnel actions, employee files, and personnel statistics.
  • Conduct investigations into alleged violations of company policies or codes of conduct.
  • Advise managers and supervisors on disciplinary matters and terminations.
  • Review and recommend changes to existing human resources policies and practices.
  • Develop and implement training programs.
  • Coordinate employee events and activities.



What you'll need:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Law or Social Sciences, Bachelor degree in HR Management or a similar academic education.
  • Master's Degree in Human Resources would be highly appreciated.
  • At least 3 years of progressive HR generalist experience preferred.
  • Experience working in a large multinational organization strongly preferred.
  • Ability to speak Spanish and English fluently.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience using Workday highly desirable.
