Role Overview

The Human Resources Assistant will play a pivotal role in providing administrative support across various HR functions. This role is ideal for individuals holding a Level 7 or 8 HR qualification and working towards or possessing a CIPD qualification.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle day-to-day HR inquiries and administrative tasks.
  • Assist with induction and onboarding processes.
  • Generate reports to support business operations.
  • Execute general HR administrative duties as required by management.
Desired Skills and Qualifications
  • Working towards or possessing a Level 7 or 8 qualification in HR.
  • Prior experience in an HR administrative role would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and procedures.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
