We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Human Resources Advisor, to support the Director of Human Resources in providing high quality, professional human resources advice and operational support to managers and employees across the college.

Focusing on employee relations, policy application, recruitment support, absence management and day to day human resources activities ensuring compliance with employment legislation.

Some evening work will be required in this role.
