Location: Telford

Rate: £156/Day (Inside IR35)

Role Description:

HR Manager

• Employee Relations: Manage disciplinary, grievance, absence, conduct, and capability cases.
• Manager Guidance: Provide clear HR advice on policies, processes, and best practice.
• Performance Management: Support improvement plans, capability processes, and performance conversations.
• Case Management: Own cases from start to resolution with accurate documentation and timely follow-up.
• Compliance: Ensure fair and consistent handling in line with company policy and employment legislation.
