Hub Operations Leader: 250+ Team, Fast-Paced Logistics

DPD Group is recruiting an experienced Hub Manager to join the senior Hub management team at Hinckley Hub. You will lead and inspire the team to achieve high-performance standards in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

You will oversee Health & Safety, productivity, and cost objectives, while delivering outstanding service to customers. The role includes P&L management, staff development, and collaboration across the Network, Linehaul, and Hub operations.
