Hub Mentor: Behaviour & Restoration (Term-Time)

Downlands Community School in Hassocks, England seeks a Hub Mentor - Behaviour and Restoration to join the Hub and Reflection Room, supporting vulnerable pupils and their families. The role is permanent, term-time only, with a 35-hour week from Monday to Friday and a starting salary in the Grade 6 SCP 9-12 range.

You will build trust with parents/carers, coordinate with pastoral teams, and help pupils reflect and prepare for successful reintegration into the school community, while safeguarding
