Hub Coordinator & Team Leader - Flexible Hours, Person-Centred Care

TTM Healthcare Limited is recruiting a Hub Coordinator / Team Leader for a permanent, full-time role in Tipperary Town. The position reports to the Day Service Manager and focuses on coordinating services across the hub while leading staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.

You will oversee day-to-day operations, support staff development, and ensure services meet individual goals with a strong emphasis on inclusion, dignity and independence.
