HSW Strategy & Wellbeing Leader

Dragados UK & Ireland is seeking a Senior Health Safety and Wellbeing Manager to lead HSW performance on a major project in the UK. You will shape policy, drive compliance, and engage senior stakeholders to deliver sustainable safety outcomes.

You will report to the Project Director with dotted line to Head of HSW, UK&I, and will develop the HSW Management System, mentor staff, and ensure integration of CDM duties and Building Safety Act requirements across the project.
