HSQE Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and monitor HSQE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legislation regulations, and industry standards

Provide internal HSQE training to project as well as instil a behavioural HSQE culture throughout the projects, including subcontractor HSQE Culture

Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses and develop actions to stop this happening in the future

Participate in Audits and inspections

Essential Skills

• NEEBOSH Dip or equivalent level
• Significant experience leading HSQE on railway infrastructure projects
• Developed junior HSQE staff such as Advisors and coordinators
• Experience managing a PC license

Desired Skills

• CMIOSH
• ISEP (Previously IEMA)
• Lead Auditor
