Job Overview:

Our client, a leading contractor, is looking for an experienced HSEQ Advisor to support a large-scale solar farm project. This job is based in Cork with travel, supporting teams to manage hazards and ensure HSEQ compliance.

Job Summary:

• Develop and maintain the HSEQT management system in line with ISO 45001, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001.
• Ensure compliance with all HSEQT legislation, statutory duties, and customer requirements.
• Monitor, audit, and report HSEQT performance, including incidents, inspections, and KPIs.
• Provide HSEQT advice and guidance to management and operational teams.
• Manage risks and operational controls, including RAMS, construction plans, and subcontractor work.
• Deliver training, promote best practice, and drive continual improvement across all operations.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum Level 7 Degree qualified or the equivalent.
• NEBOSH General Certificate or the equivalent.
• Extensive experience within a civil engineering or telecommunications environment.
• Strong PSDP experience.
• Effective communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work to and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office packages.
• CSCS Card.
• A passion for Health, Safety, Environment & Quality.
• Full, clean Irish Drivers Licence (manual)
