Job Description
Barry Callebaut Banbury Plant is seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Manager to lead site safety, compliance and sustainability initiatives. You will drive a Safety-First culture, build leadership capability and partner with Manufacturing leadership to improve performance across the plant.
In this role you will develop HSE strategies, conduct audits, manage risk, and support the BCOS programme while promoting continuous improvement and environmental stewardship at Barry
