HSE Manager

Lead and manage all HSE activities across wind turbine installation sites Ensure full compliance with Irish health, safety, and environmental legislation Develop, implement, and maintain HSE plans, procedures, and risk assessments Conduct site inspections, audits, and incident investigations Promote a strong safety culture across all project teams and subcontractors Deliver toolbox talks, inductions, and ongoing safety training Liaise with client representatives, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders Monitor and report on HSE performance, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives Support project planning with a focus on risk mitigation and safe execution Essential Requirements Full GWO certification (GWOS) ( Willing to get or renew) Proven experience in wind turbine installation or closely related operations Strong understanding of HSE regulations and best practices within Ireland/UK Willingness to travel and stay with the project team across all locations Full driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle (ideally 4x4)ersg are an equal opportunities employer; we are committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all job applicants.
