The Opportunity

We are seeking a HSE Manager to lead safety strategy and implementation across a major hyperscale data centre project. You will champion a positive safety culture, drive compliance, and ensure safe, efficient construction and commissioning practices.

Responsibilities

• Drive a strong safety culture across contractors and stakeholders
• Monitor compliance with HSE standards and regulatory requirements
• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions
• Provide HSE performance reporting and improvement strategies

Qualifications

• Significant experience managing HSE on large construction projects
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements
• Data centre or mission-critical experience desirable
