HSE Intern

Adecco is looking for a talented candidate to join a global leader company in the tyre industry as HSE Intern

You will join the HSE function, and you will be involved in improving safety and ergonomics through procedure creation, risk management, training, data analysis, and site collaboration. This internship offers hands-on experience, providing a unique opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Main Activities:

You will collaborate with your tutor in:

• Redacting Corporate Procedures and implementing Ergonomics Risk reduction programs;
• Conducting training sessions on Technical Safety matters;
• Analyzing HSE-related data and support Pirelli sites in adopting technical and organizational validated solutions using digital tools;
• Deploying Risk Assessment-driven processes.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in technical or scientific studies (such as Tecniche della prevenzione nell'ambiente e nei luoghi di lavoro, Scienze delle Professioni Sanitarie della Prevenzione, Ingegneria per la sicurezza del lavoro e dell'ambiente, Ingegneria della prevenzione e della sicurezza nell'industria di processo);
• Fluency in Italian and English (at least B2 level);
• Proficiency in MS Office suite, in particular MS Excel;
• Comprehensive knowledge about Safety (Machineries, Ergonomics, etc, ) regulation, related standard and best practices;
• Good communication and team work skills.
