Job Description
Firmus Technologies seeks a Senior Manager, HSE & Operational Systems to establish and lead health, safety and environmental frameworks across its AI infrastructure sites in Australia. You will ensure safe, compliant, high reliability operations and scalable governance to support growth and future IPO plans.
You will design operational management systems, standardise SOPs, manage incident processes and develop KPIs while embedding a culture of safety across technical teams and contractors.
