The Role:

Our Survey Division hires a range of equipment including robotic and GPS equipment to the construction, utilities, and infrastructure sectors. Working at the forefront of our depots on a hire desk, the Hire & Sales Coordinator/Test & Run plays a vital role in the successful running of the business. Processing orders, coordinating drivers and everything in between, this is a challenging and rewarding role that provides a fantastic platform for you to grow and progress within the organisation.

You will also be responsible for ensuring all basic Survey & Safety products are cleaned, checked, adjusted and certificated before they are hired out. You will keep up to date with the knowledge of products and the full range of accessories and ensure all paperwork is completed.

About You

Successful applicants should demonstrate the following:

• Previous experience working within a high-volume customer service role or fitter role within a similar environment would be highly desirable
• Excellent customer service skills
• Effective communicator with strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Proficient IT skills with working knowledge of MS Office including Outlook and Excel
• Strong team player with the ability to work to own initiative
• Although a hire desk background would be great, as long as you have a proven passion for customer service and the drive to learn we can help with the rest
