HRIS Transformation Lead - Payroll & Automation

Macmillan Davies is seeking an experienced HRIS/People Operations transformation contractor to support the implementation and optimisation of a Rippling platform. The role focuses on turning manual or fragmented HR processes into scalable, automated workflows across the employee lifecycle.

You will map current processes, design future-state solutions, build end-to-end HRIS workflows, and drive automation while collaborating with People, Payroll, Finance and IT teams.
