Our HRIS Administrator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day management and optimization of our SAP Success Factors Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role will support the maintenance of HR Systems, ensuring integrity, system efficiency and alignment with business needs.

The role serves as a key resource in maintaining organizational data, troubleshooting system issues, and assisting with ad-hoc data requests. Working closely with global teams across the UK, North America, and Asia-Pacific, the role will contribute to improving HR processes and efficiency through technology and data management.

Role Accountabilities

Create, update, and maintain position data within SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring accuracy and alignment with workforce planning needs

Create, update and maintain referential data (i.e. location/sites, positions, leave types) within SAP SuccessFactors and its integrated system(s) for eg. Rotageek

Ensure organizational structures are correctly reflected within the system, supporting with reporting line changes as required.

Support People team users across the globe by responding to system-related inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on system best practices and data integrity

Raise tickets in ServiceNow to report system issues or make requests as needed.

Liaise with integration tech teams, Puig and their system solution partners to report and track issues, ensuring timely resolution and necessary updates.

Support with ad-hoc requests such as exporting reports, performing data imports, and adding/removing users in permission groups whilst adhering to data protection and GDPR compliance requirements.

Provide training, resources, and ongoing support for end-users across corporate and retail locations.

Identify opportunities to enhance system efficiency and contribute ideas for improving processes

Assist in projects, ongoing enhancements, and optimisation initiatives within People Effectiveness

Reporting Relationships

  • Reporting to the Senior HRIS Specialist

Key Selection Criteria

Excellent attention-to-detail and problem-solving skills are essential

Analytical, meticulous, and tech-savvy

Positive, solutions-focused mindset

Experience working with HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, SAP ECC, or equivalent) and/or working in an HR operations role is preferred

Knowledge of HR operational processes

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

A demonstrable interest to develop their technical aptitude in HR technology or database management.
