People Partner - Central London - Global Lifestyle & Sports Group - Salary £60K. I am delighted to be partnering with a family owned, global business that owns and operates a portfolio of well known lifestyle and sports brands. With an entrepreneurial mindset and an energising pace, this is an exciting opportunity for a People Partner who can balance strategic thinking with hands on delivery. This is a role for someone who is comfortable operating in a fast moving, ever evolving environment - a business that thrives in what others might describe as chaos. You will need the confidence and gravitas to challenge, influence and push back with senior stakeholders, while building strong, trusted relationships across the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Act as a true strategic partner to senior leaders, supporting the delivery of people initiatives aligned to commercial goals.
• Operate effectively in a dynamic, sometimes ambiguous environment, adapting quickly to change.
• Provide confident, pragmatic advice, constructively challenging stakeholders to drive better people outcomes.
• Balance strategic input with hands on delivery, ensuring ideas translate into action.
• Support leadership capability, organisational effectiveness and cultural evolution.
