Job Description

The HR Systems Analyst provides effective, accurate, and timely day-to-day functional systems administration support for HR systems (primarily Dayforce and ServiceNow, with potential for other systems). You will maintain high customer service standards, ensure compliance with company procedures, safeguard employee information, and adhere to legal obligations. Additionally, you will conduct analysis and support IT application activities requiring HR systems expertise.

Your core responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and ad hoc data audits to ensure data integrity in HR systems. Analyze results, coordinate data cleansing activities, and participate in data governance forums.
  • Conduct routine system administration tasks, including maintenance and management of organizational design components within HR systems, covering areas like Shift Rotations, Pay, Entitlement, Time Entry Policy Configuration, Data Mapping, Job Assignment Management, Organizational Design, Contract Matrices, and Biffa Contract production solutions.
  • Manage bulk data uploads and support projects such as TUPEs, acquisitions, changes to terms and conditions, annual pay reviews, and other HR system-related initiatives.
  • Perform data purge and archiving routines in line with data retention policies.
  • Manage day-to-day user provisioning and handle access queries, ensuring security compliance.
  • Address client inquiries and service requests related to HR systems within agreed timelines, ensuring client satisfaction and accurate case documentation.
  • Collaborate with IT/Configuration and HR Product teams to resolve queries, support upgrades, testing, and system maintenance. Contribute to HR system roadmap development and functionality adoption.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions for HR system administration tasks.
  • Support, design, and deliver HR systems training; coordinate super user groups, communications, and events.
  • Participate in product forums and stay updated on new system functionalities.

Our essential requirements:

  • Experience in systems administration and reporting.
  • Experience with Cloud/SaaS systems, preferably HR or payroll products.
  • Proficiency in reporting tools like Power BI or similar.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Excellent analytical skills for interpreting and manipulating large, complex data sets.
