Job Summary

The Intern supports day-to-day manufacturing and production activities while gaining hands-on experience in a factory or operations environment. The role focuses on learning standard production processes, safety practices, and quality requirements while contributing to operational efficiency.

Education & Experience

Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma, undergraduate, or postgraduate program in a relevant field. Prior academic, project, or internship exposure is an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Supports daily shop-floor and production activities by following standard operating procedures, safety, and quality guidelines.
• The role involves assisting production teams in meeting output targets, performing basic data recording and housekeeping tasks, and participating in training, continuous improvement, and problem-solving activities while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Skills & Ability

• Willingness to learn and follow instructions, along with basic teamwork and communication skills.
• Demonstrates attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work effectively in a production or shop floor environment.
• Basic problem solving, adaptability, and time-management skills are also important.
