HR Strategy & People Leader

A youth support organization in Greater London seeks a Head of HR to develop and implement its People strategy for . You will be responsible for enhancing HR systems, ensuring compliance, and supporting line management training across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a CIPD Level 5 qualification, significant HR management experience, and a thorough understanding of UK employment law. This is a permanent part-time role (25 hours per week) with a starting salary of £46,800.
