HR Strategy & Employee Experience Leader

Amazon seeks an HR Specialist in Research, Strategy & Solutions within the Employee Experience & Outcomes (EXO) team. This role focuses on data-driven analysis to identify risks and design scalable, proactive HR programs that improve frontline employee experience across networks.

You will partner with Internal Communications, Legal, HR, and Operations to deliver strategies, synthesize workforce data, and influence senior leaders with clear narratives and measurable outcomes.
