HR Strategic Lead

As an HR Strategic Lead at Ivy Partners, you will be responsible for:

- Operational - Portugal

• Managing personnel administration (contracts, amendments, certificates, teleworking, etc.)
• Monitor insurance, medical visits, training obligations, benefits, etc.
• Working with the trustee and our internal finance team to prepare and monitor salaries
• Act as a point of contact for employees on all HR issues
• Support managers in HR matters (onboarding, training, travel, offboarding, etc.)
• Ensure legal compliance of Portuguese HR policy

- Strategic - Group

• Defining and steering the global HR roadmap in conjunction with the various countries
• Implementing and developing local and cross-functional processes
• Designing and deploying the company's internal training centre to support team skills development
• Structuring roles within the Group
• Formalising cross-functional HR policies
• Working closely with the various internal stakeholders: managing partners, managing directors, team managers, local HR teams, finance teams, etc.
• Be a driving force in defining the corporate culture

About you!

• At least 5 years' proven experience in a general HR position, including 3 years in HR strategy
• Very good knowledge of Portuguese labour law and HR practices
• Degree in human resources or equivalent
• Experience in an international, multi-site and growing environment
• Autonomy, adaptability, curiosity, structure and long-term vision
• Fluent in Portuguese and English
