In order to support the growth, we are currently looking for a HR Recruiter to join our HR Team in Brussels.

Responsibilities

As a recruiter, you'll be responsible for identifying suitable candidates, matching their skills and experience to our stakeholders' needs, and overseeing the whole process from A to Z. You will have the freedom and space to work creatively and proactively.


  • Support hiring managers to qualify needs, define the best approach and timeline, coach them on recruitment and onboarding dimensions ;
  • Conduct online searches (direct approach) and telephone interviews to assess applications for specialized positions ;
  • Prepare selection reports for Managers and the Head of HR Africa ;
  • Organize interviews between Managers and candidates ;
  • Prepare and validate job offers ;
  • Write and optimize Job Descriptions and Job Postings ;
  • Manage the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, with Antwerp as main scope and SMT Africa (head office and subsidiaries) as secondary scope ;
  • Advise on labor market trends and talent retention ;
  • Participate in SMT Africa HR projects in order to optimize processes, in particular those related to talent acquisition, compliance or cost reduction ;
  • Contribute to data quality control in the HRIS.



Profile

  • You hold a Bachelor or Master Degree in HR, Business, Sales, Psychology or equivalent by experience ;
  • You already have a minimum of 3 years' professional experience as Recruiter ;
  • You are fluent in Dutch, French and English languages, written and spoken ;
  • You have excellent communication skills ;
  • You are organized, methodical, and able to meet deadlines while keeping an eye on details.
