HR Partner - People, Learning & Growth

Avara Foods Ltd is seeking a HR Officer to partner with the HR team and business managers at our Dudley site. You will ensure compliant people practices across the workforce lifecycle and support learning and development initiatives.

Key responsibilities include advising on disciplinaries, supporting investigations, managing absence and headcount with the Resourcing team, and delivering training to enhance capabilities across the organisation.
