HR Partner - Early-Career People Experience Lead

Amazon UK Services Ltd. is seeking a recent graduate to join our HR team as an HR Partner at the Fulfillment Center.

You will be the front line HR representative to Team Leads and Area Managers, addressing associate queries and supporting investigations in line with local legislation. You will coach leaders, manage employee cases, and collaborate with operations and HR teams to implement programs, while collecting data to improve engagement and ensure compliance.
