HR Operations Lead: RTI & Pay Data Integrity

Stryker is seeking a senior HR pay and RTI program lead to establish and evolve RTI standards for the EU Pay Directive, ensuring policy alignment with country requirements and nuances.

You will coordinate with HR Technologies and external partners to document, program, test and rollout RTI-related deliverables, while preparing pay data and ensuring data accuracy for reporting and audits across the EU.
