HR Operations Lead: Payroll, Compliance & Benefits

Salt Digital Recruitment is seeking an HR Operations Manager based in Basingstoke, UK. The HR Operations Manager will lead the HR Operations function, ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR and Payroll services while overseeing HR Administration, Payroll, Benefits, and Reward.

This role requires strong payroll management experience, comprehensive knowledge of payroll processes and a background in compliance. A CIPD or CIPP qualification is preferred, along with skills in managing benefits and reward programmes. Remuneration is experience-dependent.
