Job Description
A technology company in Milton Keynes is seeking an HR Partner to own HR operations, manage employee relations, and establish robust HR policies. The ideal candidate has extensive HR experience in a scaling environment, is confident in handling complex situations, and possesses a CIPD L5 qualification. You will report to the HR & Talent Manager and play an essential role in the ongoing development of HR infrastructure. This role requires on-site presence three days a week.
