HR Operations Lead - People, Culture & Wellbeing

A conservation organization in Exeter seeks an HR Operations Team Leader for a full-time, fixed-term role. You will oversee HR administration, coach managers on employee relations, and lead wellbeing initiatives. The ideal candidate should have CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience and a commitment to diversity and inclusion. This role is pivotal in supporting a values-driven organizational culture and is based at Cricklepit Mill. Interviews will be conducted on 3 & 4 March.
