HR Operations Lead - People, Culture & Inclusion

A leading conservation organization in Exeter seeks an HR Operations Team Leader to oversee daily HR operations, coach managers, and develop inclusive HR processes. The ideal candidate will have CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience, a strong understanding of HR law, and a commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion. This full-time, fixed-term role for 12 months is based in Exeter and aims to support the organization's conservation efforts while fostering a culture of support and inclusion.
