HR Operations & Compliance Lead (UK)

Ferrero is seeking an HR Operations professional to support employee life cycle processes in the UK. The role focuses on local HR requests, policy adherence, and continuous improvement of HR and workplace services across the organization.

You will act as the primary HR contact for line managers, ensuring timely responses to employee requests and aligning HR activities with business priorities. Strong SAP experience and knowledge of UK labour laws are essential.
