HR Operations Advisor - Derby (6-month FTC)

Rolls-Royce plc in Derby is seeking a People Advisor on a full-time 6-month FTC to support HR operations and ensure business needs are met within policy. You will assist line managers, work with HR Partners, and help deploy core HR processes across the local context.

Ideal candidates have strong HR process knowledge, change management skills, and solid experience with Employee Relations, Resourcing and Employment Law.
