HR Onboarding & Compliance Coordinator

OEConnection LLC's International HR Shared Services team is seeking an HR Administrator to work on-site in Meriden, delivering core HR processes across the full employee lifecycle. You will be the first point of contact for employees and managers, ensuring onboarding, HR enquiries and documentation align with UK law and ACAS guidance.

The role covers onboarding checks, recruitment support, payroll-related changes, HRIS record-keeping, and support for disciplinary and grievance processes.
