HR Officer, People Services - Impactful, Flexible Role

Dyfed Powys Police is seeking a HR Officer in People Services to support Powys divisional managers in the effective management of staff and handling people-related issues in line with Force Policy and best practice.

You will develop and update HR document management systems, provide support to line managers on attendance, performance, recruitment, and conduct, and help ensure workforce data reflects local changes with the Resource Management Group.
