What You'll Do- Become an integral part of the hotel's People & Culture team, supporting with the on-boarding of new team members
- Acting as the first point of contact to acknowledge & assist team members
- Coordination of the full team member lifecycle including onboarding & termination paperwork
- Implement activities on the Engagement calendar, making necessary arrangements in order to ensure all activities are completed in line with COMO's vision; passion, creativity and style.
- Ensures all activities are compliant with UK legislation, and COMO Hotels polices & procedures.
- Deliver Bi-weekly induction programme to new team member.
- Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and key HR reports.
- Support line managers with employee relations matter such as investigations, disciplinaries & grievances.
- Provide support and guidance to managers and team members for day to day HR related matters

You'll bring:- Previous experience in an administration & Employee Relations

- A base salary of £34,000 plus service charge.
