As HR Officer, you'll play a key role in supporting our people and processes, working closely with managers and teams to deliver effective HR across the firm.

About the RoleYou'll work closely with the Partners and wider management team to deliver a broad range of HR activity, including:
- Coordinating and improving the appraisal process
- Organising and supporting training and development programmes
- Advising managers on HR policies and first stage employee relations matters
- Assisting with disciplinary investigations and preparing documentation
- Managing internal communications and engagement initiatives
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
- Providing admin support to our Health, Safety and Wellbeing team
- At least 3 years' experience
- CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) preferred
- Strong knowledge of core HR processes, including appraisals, training, recruitment, and employee relations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and discreet when handling sensitive matters
- Highly organised, with strong time management and attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and open to learning new systems
- Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Own car essential
