VANRATH is partnering with a respected organisation based in Magherafelt to recruit an HR Officer specialising in HR Operations. This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in delivering efficient and effective HR processes, supporting the full employee lifecycle and ensuring the smooth running of core HR administrative and operational activities within a collaborative HR team.

Salary

£34,000-£38,000

About You / Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in a HR Officer or HR Operations role within a busy HR environment
• Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and employment legislation
• Experience managing HR administration across the employee lifecycle
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels
• Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office, with experience maintaining accurate HR records
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment

What You'll Do / Key Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day HR operational support across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, changes to employment, and offboarding
• Maintain accurate employee data within HR systems, ensuring compliance with internal policies and GDPR requirements
• Support payroll processes by ensuring employee records and contractual changes are up to date
• Provide administrative and operational support for employee relations processes where required
• Produce HR reports and maintain documentation to support HR compliance and decision-making
• Assist with the continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, and systems
• Act as a key point of contact for HR queries, providing guidance to managers and employees
