HR Manager: School Campus Wellness & People Leader

Camden Learning's Netley Campus seeks an experienced HR Manager to shape workplace culture across two schools on one campus. You will lead day-to-day HR operations, promote staff wellbeing, and connect school leadership with Camden HR advisory services.

Working across Netley Primary School and Robson House, you will own HR processes, advise senior leadership, manage recruitment and onboarding, and uphold policy compliance to support teaching and learning excellence.
