We are looking for an outstanding HR practitioner capable of leading all aspects of the Human Resources function. In this pivotal role you will guide our leadership team on employment best practices, ensure smooth payroll operations and champion a positive and supportive work environment. Applying policies and navigating regulations you will at the same time foster positive employee relations, manage recruitment and oversee absence management. You will be involved with improving processes across the employee life cycle.

With a demonstrable number of years HR experience, the successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, an eye for detail and be adept at multi tasking and meeting deadlines. The ability to handle sensitive personnel situations and to work confidentially is essential.

Role Summary

• Lead on all aspects of the HR function across the employee life cycle, providing expertise to Senior Leaders and advice and support to employees.
• Manage recruitment, payroll, overseeing absence management, capability and disciplinary procedures in line with school policies.
• Ensure all documentation and reporting is undertaken systematically, accurately and in a timely fashion.
• Liaise as appropriate with HR partners.
