HR Manager (Mandarin speaking, 30k-45k, Online Gaming, London)

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join a London based computer gaming firm, a leading gaming analytics platform used by indie developers, gaming companies and renowned publishers worldwide.

Manage HR operations in a global company, develop and assist line managers through change, maintain confidentiality while acting with discretion and diplomacy, and provide excellent customer service and problem solving support.

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 6 years of overall HR operation experience in a global company.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
• Great team management abilities and exceptional organisational skills.
• Proven leadership abilities and a solid understanding of employment legislation and its application.
• Proactive team player with excellent customer service and problem solving abilities.
• Extensive experience in developing and assisting line managers through change.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality while acting with discretion and diplomacy.
• Self motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
