HR Manager: Lead People & Recruitment for 200+ Team

Inform3 Recruitment is seeking an HR Manager for their West Co. Dublin operation. The role leads the HR department, partners with leadership, and oversees all employee-related functions for 200+ staff.

You will manage recruitment lifecycle, payroll, attendance, and HR reporting while coaching a part-time HR Admin. The successful candidate will have 8+ years as HR Manager in a production environment, strong employee relations experience, and excellent communication and organisational skills.
