HR Manager (Capital Markets) - The role You will partner with our Capital Markets team to deliver on the firm's strategic people priorities: Lead on talent management, performance, career development, and diversity & inclusion. Drive people strategy and planning aligned to business goals. Coach and support Partners in people leadership and management. Advise on communication, morale, and engagement issues. Anticipate and respond to people trends, both internally and in the market. Structure and deliver talent management and retention plans. Support and deliver on engagement survey actions. Oversee performance management, feedback, and objective setting. Ensure fair and inclusive work allocation and promotion processes. Collaborate on headcount management, resourcing, and recruitment. Act as escalation point for employee relations and support global HR projects. Facilitate and deliver internal training as needed. HR Manager (Capital Markets) - What we're looking for: Proven HR experience in a global, matrix environment, working within professional services. Strong background in talent, change, engagement, and/or performance management. Experience managing and developing team members. Data-driven decision-making skills. Strong technical HR and employee relations expertise. Commercial awareness and understanding of business dynamics. Confident influencer, able to challenge senior stakeholders. Strategic thinker with sound judgment and independence. Excellent relationship builder with strong communication and presentation skills. Adaptable, flexible, empathetic, and collaborative.
