HR Manager

Overview

A dynamic, global business is looking for an experienced HR Manager to join its team based in Hull. This role is fully office based, so you will need to be on-site 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Shape and lead the HR function; manage a small HR team; drive employee engagement and ensure best practice across all HR activities.
• Manage HR operations; provide advice on employee relations matters; drive performance management; ensure compliance with employment law.

Qualifications

• Proven HR Manager with solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Excellent communication skills; proactive HR generalist.
• CIPD qualification is advantageous but not required.
