HR Manager

We are actively looking for one of our clients, based in Lausanne, an HR Manager fr-all (100%). Within a team of 4 people, you will be involved in the entire life cycle of HR management. Following up on sickness and accident cases, complete management of entries, exits, HR files, establishment of employment contracts, physical and digital archiving of documents, payroll & insurance, processing of salary statements and accounting entries, handling of withholding tax (monthly, quarterly, annually), management of family allowances, APG, LPP, AI, AVS, overseeing of files and support for teams in recruitment (job postings, pre-selection, interviews), interface with recruitment partners, management of residence permits (applications and renewals), support and follow-up on projects, expense reports, management of badges, locker keys, parking spaces, and continuous HR projects. PROFILE: Commercial profile, HR assistant diploma, federal HR certificate welcomed, several years of experience in a similar HR role, excellent command of French and German (level C1), solid knowledge of Swiss labor law, proficiency with tools and ProConcept: comfortable with tools (Word, Excel), at ease in an industrial environment, reactive and organized, capable of multitasking and solution-oriented, autonomous, discreet, rigorous, and proactive.
