Job Description
CFC in commercial employee completed by confirmed experience in HR or Bachelor's degree. You have one or more years of HR experience as an assistant in personnel management or equivalent, Federal Certificate of HR Specialist is an advantage, understanding of social insurance and Swiss labor law. Proficiency in Excel and an HRIS (ideally SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French, with a B2 level in assertiveness, active listening, and team spirit. Analytical mindset, agility, and ability to manage priorities. Rigor, reliability, and respect for confidentiality. HR admin with tasks straddling admin & development initially + potential to evolve into an HR Business Partner role in 1 or 2 years. Swiss legal knowledge B2. Being a quality HR reference, particularly for ISO standards, as well as for the management of various HR tasks, including payroll establishment in tandem, drafting employment contracts, monitoring absences and medical visits.
